Because life is meant to be lived, not simply endured.
SOMA comes from the Greek word for the body as a whole. I believe that when you reconnect with who you truly are, life begins to move forward again.
Every week, I work with people who are exhausted by simply getting through the days. They say things like:
"I don't know what's wrong with me." "I can't keep doing this." "I can't switch my brain off." "I am exhausted" "I just want to feel like me again." "I miss myself. I want my life back"
Their words may differ, but the feeling is often the same. They feel stuck, disconnected, and have begun to lose hope.
My purpose is to help you move beyond what's keeping you stuck. Lasting change becomes possible when you finally feel heard, understood, and accepted. That's often where hope begins to return—and where real change can begin.
Choose which pathway best fits your needs—body, mind, or both— and we'll work together to help you move forward again.
I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to listen, to ask the right questions, and to help you discover the answers that already exist within you. Together, we'll help you reconnect with who you truly are, so you can take back control of your life, with greater clarity, strength, freedom, and joy.
Whether your journey with SOMA begins by easing physical pain, improving your mental wellbeing, or addressing both together, my aim is to help you create meaningful, lasting change and regain a genuine sense of control over your life.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be delighted to walk alongside you.
If I believe another type of support would better meet your needs, I'll always be honest with you and refer you on. Your safety and wellbeing is my priority.
